The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you.

These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have any questions, comments or complaints about our service, support or any goods you purchase from us please contact customerservices@bluemaison.co.uk. To purchase from us you must be over 18 years of age. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by contacting us at customerservices@bluemaison.co.uk.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price. Allow seven working days for cheque clearance. Delivery dates given are only estimates. All items included on the website are only available while stocks last.

bluemaison.co.uk will always try to be as accurate as possible in describing and representing its products to you on our website. However, we cannot always guarantee that product descriptions, prices, photographs or other content is totally accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

bluemaison.co.uk is not responsible for typographical errors, supplier/manufacturer delays in delivery or changes to products. All product descriptions, case assortments, variations, prices and shipping dates are subject to change and availability without notice. We reserve the right to restrict the quantity of items sold. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. If a product sold directly by bluemaison.co.uk is not as described, you have the right to return it in unused condition, within the conditions of our returns policy.

bluemaison.co.uk sells products to adults aged 18 or over only when ordering though our website and over the telephone. If you are under 18, you may use our website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. bluemaison.co.uk reserves the right to refuse service, terminate purchases, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion at any given time.

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on our Website or on products were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions. Only consenting models have been used in publicity documentation.

The Photographs On This Site Are Licensed For Unadvertised Private Home Use Only. All Other Rights Are Retained By Copyright Proprietor. You many not copy the images for your purposes but you can link to them.

Pricing Policy

We try to ensure that all prices shown on our web site are accurate. All prices are displayed in £ pounds sterling. Sometimes products/prices are displayed incorrectly, where a product's correct price is lower than the displayed price, we will charge the correct price at the time of invoicing. Where a product's correct price is higher than the displayed price we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to proceed with the order at the correct price, or cancel the order. When an item is displayed as ‘Special’ the item price is at a clearance price and therefore lower than the original Manufactures Recommended Retail Price. Please note that prices may change without notice.

Paying for your items

Here at bluemaison.co.uk you can make purchases using the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron UK Debit, JCB and Switch/Maestro. Other methods of payment include: personal cheque, postal order, draft and cashiers cheque. All payments are to be made in £ pounds sterling unless instructed otherwise and payable to BlueMaison Limited.

bluemaison.co.uk charges all its products and services in £ pounds sterling GBP. We currently do not display other currencies.
