Returns Policy

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage within 2 days of receipt. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 2 days of receipt and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you. Please send an email to refunds@bluemaison.co.uk with your invoice number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation.

If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at our option repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you. We are unable to rectify any errors or replace faulty items after this period. Worn garments or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Cancellation of Orders before dispatch

With prior agreement from bluemaison.co.uk, you can cancel your order for any reason provided it has not yet been dispatched. To do so you must email sales@bluemaison.co.uk immediately stating why you wish to cancel.

Unwanted or unsuitable items

If you are unhappy with the product you purchased you may return it within 3 working days of the date you received it for a refund (we will not refund shipping charges) - we will charge a 15% or £3 (which ever is the greater) Administration fee. All products must be returned in their original packaging in re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. You must use a registered/recorded delivery service. Worn garments or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances. We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to return goods, there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your cost to the relevant address below and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.

Non-Delivery Claims

At bluemaison.co.uk we try to keep the shipping charges as low as possible and as such offer standard 1st class post. However, we strongly recommend that customers on 1st class post select and pay for Recorded Delivery. Should your item go missing or arrive damaged, bluemaison.co.uk will not refund or compensate you for such circumstances unless you have selected "Recorded Delivery" for your items and you agree to such conditions if you have selected 1st class post only. This policy only affects customers using standard 1st Class Mail.

Damage Claims

Never accept or sign-for a package that has visibly suffered damaged. If the damage is only apparent after opening the package please contact us as soon as possible. All items purchased from bluemaison.co.uk are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the title for such items and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All orders are insured at a basic level and for your peace of mind we also offer additional insurance cover at a premium. bluemaison.co.uk makes every effort to ensure your item is securely packed and handled with the utmost care by our staff and by our carriers.

Electronic Items

Some electronic products are shipped with batteries included by the manufacturer, BlueMaison.co.uk does NOT guarantee the life of these batteries at any stage of the ordering process. We do not replace depleted batteries.
