Will my shipment be packaged discreetly? When you purchase an item from our site we will dispatch it to you in a discreet package that carries no outward markings that would give any clue as to the packages contents. Is it possible to send the package to a different address to that of the purchaser? Yes it is. For returning customers you will need to change your previously used address by clicking on the 'Update' link next to your name in the Checkout area. Make the necessary changes and click on Submit. Then proceed as normal, don’t forget to change the address back for your next order. For new customers, in the Checkout you specify the Delivery Address details of the person who will receive the package. For credit card purchases, the billing address is separate to this and is handled by WorldPay and is only related to the credit card used. You will be asked for the billing address where you enter your credit card number, please ensure this address is correct. What will show up on my credit card statement? When you make an order with us, only the name of our company, BlueMaison Limited, will be displayed on your credit card statement. What Payment methods are accepted? At BlueMaison Limited we accept credit card payments using Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron UK Debit, JCB and Switch/Maestro, through our secure credit card processing partner WorldPay. How long will it take to deliver my product? UK mainland deliveries should arrive within 2-3 working days of despatch. How do you handle returns? Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information on this and also information on how to cancel your order. Do you ever resell items that have been returned? No, we never resell returned items for reasons of hygiene. All returned items are discarded. Do you have a list of popular product sellers? On the homepage you will see a list showing our 5 most popular sellers. The information for which has been generated from the number of units actually sold on our site and is automatically updated. I am a returning customer, but I can’t remember my password? Not a problem. When you enter the Checkout area, you will be shown the login page. Click the link that says ‘Forgotten Password ?’ This will take you to a page where you should enter the email address that you used to register with us. Then click the 'Submit' button and your password will be immediately sent to that e-mail address. Can I cancel my order after I've placed it? Yes you can cancel your order so long as it hasn’t already been despatched, please see our Returns Policy for further information How safe are my credit card details? BlueMaison utilises the well-known and widely trusted WorldPay system to handle all credit card transactions. Are batteries included? Some items do come with batteries, others products do not. Please refer to the description for each product. How do the products come packaged? All the products that we stock come in their own packaging. Can I suggest a product? Yes please do!
